4. LOCAL DATA STORAGE

The current version of the App stores operational records and preferences locally on your Android device.

Local storage is used so that features such as saved requests, favourites, assessments, plans, notification state and settings can remain available between App sessions.

The App does not use a WIPE WARRIORS LTD cloud database or remote account system for these local records in the current version.

5. INFORMATION THE APP DOES NOT REQUEST

The current version of the App does not request access to:

• Precise or approximate device location
• Camera
• Microphone
• Contacts
• SMS messages
• Call logs
• Calendar
• Photo library
• General device file storage
• Bluetooth or nearby devices
• Biometric information
• Payment-card information

The App does not require these categories of information for its normal local functionality.

6. INTERNET ACCESS

The current version of the App does not declare the Android INTERNET permission.

Its core operational features use bundled application resources and locally stored information rather than a remote Wipe Warriors backend.

If a future release introduces network-connected functionality, this Privacy Policy should be updated before or alongside that release to describe the resulting data practices accurately.

7. ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING

The current version does not include third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.

The App does not use its local operational records to create advertising profiles.

WIPE WARRIORS LTD does not sell information stored locally by the App.

8. EMAIL ACTIONS

The App may allow you to prepare information for an email to WIPE WARRIORS LTD.

For example, a service-request feature may open an email application installed on your device with information prepared for:

10. SERVICE REQUEST INFORMATION

Service requests created inside the App are initially local planning records.

Saving a request in the App does not by itself mean that WIPE WARRIORS LTD has received, accepted, scheduled or confirmed the service.

Where an email handoff is available, information reaches WIPE WARRIORS LTD only if you intentionally send it through your selected external email service.

11. PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT DATA

Features such as CleanScore Matrix, ShiftFit Planner, Supply Runway, Eco Ledger and Local Insights use information entered or stored locally to generate facility-planning results.

These results are intended as organisational and planning aids.

The current version does not upload those local calculations to a Wipe Warriors server.

12. PAYMENTS

The App does not include an online payment gateway, digital wallet or payment-card entry system.

Where payment information is relevant to a service, the current App uses cash-after-service wording.

The App does not collect credit-card numbers, debit-card numbers, online banking credentials or digital-wallet credentials.

13. DATA SHARING

The current App does not automatically transmit locally stored operational records to WIPE WARRIORS LTD, advertisers, analytics providers or other third parties.

Information may leave the App when you intentionally initiate an external action, such as:

• Sending a prepared email
• Sharing information using Android's sharing interface

The external application selected by you then handles that information independently.

14. DATA RETENTION

Information stored locally remains on the device until one of the following occurs:

• You delete the relevant record where deletion is available
• You use the App's local-data clearing controls
• You clear the App's storage through Android settings
• You uninstall the App

Information that you separately send to WIPE WARRIORS LTD through email is no longer solely local App data and may be retained as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, service request, customer communication, legal obligations or legitimate business records.

15. DATA DELETION

You can remove locally stored App information by using available delete or clear-data features.

You can also clear the App's data using Android system settings or remove local application data by uninstalling the App.

If you have intentionally sent personal information to WIPE WARRIORS LTD outside the App, such as through email, you may contact:

to ask about applicable access, correction or deletion options.

Requests may be subject to legal or legitimate record-retention requirements where applicable.

16. SECURITY

The App may open another application installed on your device when you choose an external action, such as email or sharing.

Those applications are separate products or services.

WIPE WARRIORS LTD does not control the privacy practices of your email provider, messaging service or other application you choose to use.

Wipe Warriors Facility Care is a commercial facilities and cleaning utility intended for business-related use.

• Prepare an email
• Share a generated summary
• Keep or delete local records

• Clear locally stored App data

20. DATA SAFETY INFORMATION

Google Play may display a Data safety section for the App.

Information declared in the Data safety section should accurately reflect the behaviour of the version of Wipe Warriors Facility Care distributed through Google Play.

If the App's data practices, SDKs, permissions or network behaviour change, both the Data safety declaration and this Privacy Policy should be reviewed and updated as necessary.

21. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

WIPE WARRIORS LTD may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, data practices, legal requirements or service arrangements change.

When the policy is materially revised, the effective date should also be updated.

Users are encouraged to review the current policy when an updated version of the App materially changes its data practices.
